BD Falcon cell strainer fits inside a BD Falcon 50mL centrifuge tube, and is ready-to-use for obtaining uniform single-cell suspension (centrifuge tube sold separately). The strainer is made of blue nylon mesh with 40 micron pores evenly spaced for consistent results, and has an extended lip for enabling aseptic handling with forceps. The strainer’s molded, color-coded polypropylene frame has a tab for ease of handling. Delivered in a case of 50, the cell strainer is pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation, and individually wrapped in medical-grade packaging.
